This file represents a Dalkon Sheild, an Intra uterine Device, (IUD)
This device has been recalled (due to an increased liklyhood of
PIDS in it's user's)  and is no longer in use.

The use of IUD's in general have now been supplanted by the Intramuscular 
Contreceptive Delivery System.

constucted for a spot for TPPF, (Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Fund)
a non-profit orginization.


this model has been released into freeware through contract.
